A document management SaaS company needed to handle multi-language, multi-script documents (Latin, Devanagari, Arabic) from their enterprise clients. Existing OCR solutions had poor accuracy on mixed-script pages and non-standard fonts.

Solution & Approach

We built a custom text detection and recognition pipeline using a CRAFT-based text detection model combined with script-specific recognition heads. The system automatically identifies script regions within a single document and routes them to the appropriate recognition model.
