How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 30 minutes. The website crawl takes 2 to 5 minutes depending on site size. Configuration and branding take another 10 to 15 minutes. Embedding is one line of code.
Do I need a developer to embed it?
No. The embed process is copying a single script tag into your website's HTML. If you can edit your site's header or footer, you can deploy Content Companion. We provide step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and other platforms.
What happens if it cannot answer a question?
Content Companion only answers from your knowledge base. If it does not have enough information to answer confidently, it says so and suggests the visitor contact you directly. No fabrication.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
Yes. The Standard plan covers one instance (one website). The Custom plan supports multiple instances with separate branding and knowledge bases for each.
Is my data secure?
