Business Challenge

A 12-hospital network had financial data fragmented across 6 different ERP and billing systems, making it impossible to get a consolidated view of revenue, collections, and cost-per-procedure across facilities. Month-end close took 22 days.

Solution & Approach

We built a unified financial data platform on AWS Redshift, ingesting and harmonising data from all 6 source systems via a Python-based ingestion layer managed in Airflow. dbt models standardise revenue, collections, and cost metrics across facilities, surfaced through Tableau for CFO and department head reporting.

Capabilities Delivered

  • Multi-ERP data ingestion and normalization pipeline
  • Airflow-orchestrated daily data refresh
  • dbt financial metrics standardisation layer
  • Consolidated revenue and collections dashboards
  • Month-end close automation reducing manual consolidation

Business Outcomes

Month-end financial close was shortened from 22 days to 8 days. The CFO team gained cross-facility visibility for the first time, identifying ₹4.2Cr in unbilled revenue that had fallen through system gaps.
