A heavy equipment manufacturer needed to train 500+ new operators on complex machinery without disrupting production. Physical training was expensive (machine downtime, trainer travel), inconsistent across locations, and safety incidents during training were increasing.
Solution & Approach
We developed an AR-based training simulation for 3 machine types using HoloLens 2, allowing trainees to interact with virtual overlays on real machines without safety risk. The system includes assessment modules, progress tracking, and remote instructor view.
